Cancellation Policy
I know your time is valuable, and mine is too. Out of respect for me and my other clients, I ask that you give me at least 24hrs notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
Any cancellation made less than 24 hour will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. If you are more than 15mins late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
The first time a client misses an appointment,
I will make a note in your file. All future missed appointments will incur with a fee.
